Cleaning Supervisor

Location: Turangi and surrounding areas, including Kuratau, Omori, and Tokaanu

The Cleaning Supervisor is responsible for coordinating daily cleaning operations and ensuring all services meet company standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

-Task Allocation: Assign daily cleaning duties to staff and ensure all work is completed to company and client standards.

-Roster Management: Prepare and manage staff rosters, arrange cover for absences, and prioritise workloads to ensure smooth operations.

-Staff Supervision: Oversee cleaner performance, providing guidance, coaching, and on-the-job training as needed.

-Performance Monitoring: Track staff timekeeping, productivity, and adherence to company policies and procedures.

-Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections of client sites to ensure cleaning standards and specifications are consistently met.

-Continuous Improvement: Identify areas requiring improvement, take corrective action, and maintain accurate records of inspections, issues, and resolutions.

-Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all staff follow workplace health and safety protocols, including the safe use of chemicals and equipment. Conduct safety briefings and ensure all incidents or hazards are reported and documented.

-Contract Compliance: Ensure all cleaning activities meet contractual obligations and align with company quality assurance processes.

-Minimum one year of customer service experience, as the role involves direct client interaction.

-Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends based on client needs.

-Clean criminal record (police check required)

-Pass a drug test
