Sales Representative - Business Development Manager
About this job
Come and work as a sales representative in the roofing industry based in Petone! You will be expanding our customer base and growing market share. Daily activities will include: Driving new business and meeting with trade customers including roofers, builders, developers etc on their work sites. Generating sales leads, cold calling and developing strong market share across the Wellington region. Providing regular market insights and competitor analysis to management. Job Requirements
Candidates must have a minimum of two years’ sales experience in the building industry, ideally with proven sales experience in steel roofing or other construction/building materials. A proactive "hunter" with strong communication, negotiation and relationship building skills. You need to be resilient, results driven and comfortable hitting the road to seek new opportunities. No convictions considered. Must also be able to pass a drug test.
