An exciting, fulltime position is now available for a motivated person to join our professional, quality-focused team. The position available will be focused on the busy Harvest period from February 2026 – end of April 2026.
You must be a competent Truck Driver with the key responsibility of loading and carting bins of apples from any of the three properties near Hope to Heartland’s cool stores in Richmond and Nayland Road during the harvest period. (Feb-April)). The role also includes a variety of tasks involving machinery and truck operation.
This position requires strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work within tight timeframes while maintaining high standards of work.
Job Requirements
- Class 5 endorsement - A clean driving record, ability to drive manual & auto. - Forklift experience - Available up to 6 days a week during our peak times (February – April) - Flexibility around hours of work - Physically fit - Safe and efficient operation of machinery and equipment - Ability to be able to work in a team environment. - Exceptional communication skills - Attention to detail. - Understands the importance of safe work practices.
