Dog Control and Compliance Officer

This is the job for you if you like working with animals, no two days are the same, you have to think on your feet; be prepared for anything and you're good with people too! In Buller; the animal control and compliance role is vast and unique; you will be working with all things Doggo; sometimes other livestock; supporting community compliance; you will have an awareness of community well-being and care. It's a great community role for the right person.
Job Requirements
You must be approachable; a good problem solver; a great communicator; able to think on your feet; you don't have to know all the rules and bylaws immediately.. but you need to understand it's your job to learn them and know how to work with them, training is available. Candidates must pass all pre-employment checks and tests
