Location: Onehunga Hours: 40 hours per week (Morning & Night Shifts) — Morning shift: starts between 5:00–5:30 AM — Night shift: starts between 5:00–6:00 PM
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Machine Operator to join our team. This hands-on role involves operating a tractor to sweep chip as part of our road maintenance and chip-sealing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Safely and efficiently operate tractors and sweeping equipment Assist with chip-seal operations as required Maintain equipment and promptly report any issues Follow all health and safety procedures Work collaboratively as part of a supportive, hard-working team

Job Requirements
At least 2 years' experience operating tractors and heavy machinery Must hold a full Class 1 driver's licence with reliable transport Ability to pass a pre-employment drug & alcohol test MOJ/Police check considered on a case-by-case basis — flexibility may be given for the right person with a good attitude Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude
