Machine Operators – Full-Time (January–April 26 Season)

A local employer is seeking reliable, skilled Machine Operators to join their team for the upcoming seasonal period. This full-time role involves operating a range of farm machinery and supporting daily operations across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities: Safely and efficiently operate farm machinery, including tractors, graders, scoops, and forklifts. Work collaboratively with groundwork, management, harvest, planting, and irrigation teams to support daily operations. Follow all health & safety procedures, company policies, and operational guidelines at all times. Complete regular maintenance and servicing of machinery according to schedules to ensure optimal performance and reduce fuel use and waste. Report mechanical issues, repair needs, or maintenance concerns promptly. Keep accurate records of daily checks, machinery use, and operational activities. Maintain a safe work environment by reporting any accidents, injuries, or near-misses immediately. Demonstrate professionalism, effective communication, and strong teamwork across all departments. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a focus on safe working practices.

Minimum 1 year of machine operating experience with tractors, graders, scoops, and forklifts. Good level of physical fitness to meet the demands of the role. Candidates with minor, non-violent convictions will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Ability to pass drug test. Flexible with availability Must hold a Class 1 Full Driver Licence.
