Foreperson / Supervisor

A Wellington Business is looking for a motivated foreperson to lead a team, organise, plan and direct the operations to ensure that work is completed to a high standard.
Duties include:
- Working alongside the Production Manager, you'll carry out toolbox meetings - Run crew brief plans and work together. - You'll also be involved in other duties, operating our modern machinery and so much more.

Job Requirements
Pre-reqs: - You will be a physically fit and motivated person and will bring with you. - Hold a class 1 full New Zealand drivers’ licence (WTR endorsements preferred) - Experience within production and/or Asphalt would be beneficial - Good communication skills, you'll be able to easily chat with your crew and engage with clients and senior managers - Show good initiative and be confident in decision-making and problem-solving - Must be able to pass a drug test and MOJ
- Days of work
- 7am-5pm Mon-Fri. After-hours call-outs when rostered. (40 hours per week)
