Experienced Builder – Residential & Light Commercial

Are you an experienced builder looking for steady, varied work where your skills are valued? We’re looking for a practical, reliable tradesperson to join our team, whether you’re fully qualified or have extensive hands-on experience in residential building. If you bring additional skills—such as painting, tiling, plastering, or other specialist trades—even better! What You’ll Be Doing: - You’ll carry out a wide range of building, repair, and maintenance tasks across residential and commercial properties, including: - General property maintenance, door repairs and installations - Carpentry, GIB fixing, plastering, painting, tiling - Minor electrical and plumbing tasks - Shower installations and small-scale trade work - Supporting kitchen, bathroom, and laundry renovations - Working to a high standard, on time and within budget - Coordinating with other trades when needed - Keeping accurate records of hours, materials, and job details - Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional worksite
