Delivery Driver

Enjoy being out on the road? A locally owned and operated courier company is looking for a reliable Delivery Driver to join their team for a part time position of 20 hours (hours will not increase). Based in New Plymouth, this role involves using a company car or van to deliver goods to businesses across the Taranaki region. A drive-along work trial will be required, and full training can be provided for the right candidate.
Hours: • Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 1:30pm • One Saturday per month: 10:30am – 1:30pm Pay rate: $23.50 per hour Start: Immediate
What you’ll need: • A full Class 1 driver licence (essential) • A clean driving record • Good level of physical fitness and ability to do heavy lifting • A positive, friendly attitude • Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test, plus an MOJ check • Good knowledge of the New Plymouth area (an advantage)
