Key Responsibilities: - Support the site team with a variety of civil construction tasks, including site preparation, earthworks, and basic concrete or asphalt labouring. - Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials, tools, and equipment around active sites. - Operate hand tools, small plant, or machinery as required and once adequately trained. - Maintain clean, safe, and organised workplaces by following all site safety requirements and reporting hazards immediately. - Work collaboratively with team members while maintaining a positive and respectful attitude. - Undertake general duties as directed by the Site Supervisor or Foreperson to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and safely.

Skills & Experience: - A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong teamwork skills are essential. - Previous experience in construction, civil works, or labouring is an advantage, but not required. - Physically fit and able to carry out manual work in outdoor environments and varied weather conditions. - Commitment to health and safety principles and procedures. - Reliable and punctual, with the flexibility to work early starts, extended hours, and occasional Saturdays as project demands require. - A full New Zealand driver’s licence is essential.

- Pass pre-employment drug and medical test - Strong communication skills - Full Class 1 license and reliable transport to work - Convictions considered case by case except driving charges - Reliable - Up to date presentable CV and two contactable references - Strong work ethic
