A valuable opportunity is available in the Wellington region for a motivated and reliable commercial cleaner to join a high performing team. This role covers a wide range of operational cleaning duties including maintaining tidy rooms, emptying waste bins, and managing refuse and recycling. Responsibilities also include cleaning, disinfecting and deodorising kitchens and bathrooms; dusting and polishing furniture and homewares; vacuuming carpets, curtains and upholstery; sweeping mopping, waxing, and polishing various floor surfaces, such as vinyl, blasters, and cleaning of windows and glass surfaces – requiring strong attention to detail.
The ideal candidate with bring a positive “can do” attitude, strong motivation, excellent teamwork and communication skills, and the ability to follow instruction effectively. To be successful in this role, applicants must hold a full clean drivers licence, demonstrate high cleaning standards, be physically fit, able to work weekends, and pass a MOJ check.
