The Opportunity Our Group is on the hunt for experienced Duty Managers to join the team! Ideally, you will have at least 1 year experience in a management role in a high volume venue, a fantastic attitude with exceptional care and understanding for the overall customer experience, flexibility to work evenings and weekends, the right to work in New Zealand and a current LCQ and managers certificate or the ability to get one. In this role you will be responsible for: Day to day operations of the venue including; staff performance, customer experience, and quality of offerings at all times Legal compliance of the venue in particular to the Sale of Alcohol Act 2012 Assisting with events and group bookings Financial management ensuring costs (labour and goods) are well managed Assist with the training and development of junior team members Maintaining venue standards and presentation at all times The Benefits Everyday Discounts at all of our venues Dynamic Discounts for generous savings, updated regularly throughout the year Extra day of leave per year Anniversary Voucher, redeemable at all our venues Complimentary staff meal daily Training and growth opportunities Positive and supportive team environment When you join our Group you are joining a company that values you. Job Requirements

Hospo management skills Clean background checks Demonstrated experience in upmarket style venues Management level at least one year in this role.
