Exterior Plasterer/Painter Plasterer

We are a professional Auckland wide external plastering company seeking a skilled and reliable External Plasterer to join our team immediately. Our work includes installing manufacturer-supplied cavity system battens, exterior wall cladding, rendering, as well as solid masonry plastering. We also carry out grinding, drilling, mixing compounds, and surface preparation.

Key Responsibilities: - Install cavity system battens and exterior cladding. - Apply exterior plaster and render finishes to various surfaces. - Perform solid masonry plastering and wall preparation. - Carry out drilling, painting, grinding, and material mixing as required. - Work safely and efficiently across multiple job sites. - Meet at designated sites before travelling to job locations. - Follow all company and site-specific health and safety procedures. - Maintain a high standard of workmanship, conduct, and reliability.

- MINIMUM 3 years’ experience in -external plastering, including mixing materials, grinding, drilling, and general site preparation. OR painter, plasterer. Employer is willing to consider someone with 3 years experience painting and plastering

- Must be physically fit, able to lift heavy materials, and work safely while following all Health & Safety regulations. - Must have reliable transport and a valid driver licence (restricted licence minimum) and be able to travel to different job sites; driver licence required as ID. - Must be reliable, hard-working, and able to work independently with good on-site behaviour. - Must be able to pass drug tests if required and disclose any convictions (considered case by case; only minor convictions Minor issues such as demerit points or a licence suspension due to demerit points are acceptable.). - Must provide two work-related referees.
