Oversee and manage the daily operations of the store to ensure smooth and efficient performance. Plan, coordinate, and implement purchasing, pricing, marketing, and merchandising strategies to support sales growth. Set and maintain service standards to ensure consistent and effective business operations. Manage stock control, including ordering, receiving, and conducting regular stocktakes to maintain optimal inventory levels. Supervise, monitor, and evaluate staff performance, including recruitment, induction, and training of new employees. Prepare and manage sales reports, budgets, and financial forecasts. Ensure exceptional customer service by identifying customer needs and ensuring the right products and solutions are available. Plan and manage in-store sales activities, promotions, and campaigns. Ensure full compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and Health & Safety regulations.

Job Requirements

At least 1 year or more of retail industry experience/role is a must.

Days of work
Monday to Friday late evenings, weekends and public holidays (30 hours per week)
