This new to Invercargill business is on the lookout for motivated Traffic Controllers to join their growing team!

As a Traffic Controller, you’ll be the friendly face on the road helping keep worksites safe and traffic flowing smoothly. One minute you’re setting out cones, the next you’re directing traffic like a pro—it’s a job where no two days are the same! Whether you’re an early bird or love being out in the elements, this role gives you the perfect mix of teamwork, problem solving, and fresh air.

What We’re Looking For: • A great attitude and willingness to learn • Calm demeanour with natural de-escalation abilities • Reliability - our team counts on you! • Ability to follow instructions and stay safety-focused • Good communication and confidence working on busy sites • TC / TTM Worker ticket preferred (but we can help the right person get qualified!) • Full licence is a bonus • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and police check.
