** Barista - Trainer**

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in beverage preparation, espresso machine operation, and customer service. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering exceptional coffee experiences.

Key Responsibilities: Prepare a wide range of hot and cold beverages to consistently high standards. Operate and maintain a commercial three-group espresso machine, ensuring accuracy, cleanliness, and smooth workflow during peak hours. Create high-quality latte art and maintain excellent presentation of all beverages. Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring all guests feel welcomed and valued. Manage inventory, planning, and ordering of beverage supplies to support daily operations and prevent stock shortages. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with health and safety guidelines.

Must have one year of relevant experience required. Experienced in training junior staff and supporting their development. Skilled in reporting issues and concerns to management. Capable of ensuring smooth and efficient operations during peak periods. Able to pass drug test and MOJ check.
