Service Station Superstar!

We’re looking for a Service Station Superstar to join our busy, customer-focused team!

This is a fast-paced, hands-on position that blends customer service, retail operations, administrative tasks, and light supervisory responsibilities. You’ll help keep the station running smoothly while supporting team members and ensuring a great experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities • Deliver friendly, confident customer service to all visitors • Supervise day-to-day operations and support junior staff when required • Complete basic administrative duties (paperwork, reports, stock counts, documentation) • Operate POS systems and manage retail transactions • Assist on the forecourt and ensure safety procedures are followed • Maintain a clean, organised, fully stocked store • Handle busy periods with calmness and confidence • Work flexible shifts, including weekends

What We’re Looking For • Bubbly, outgoing personality with a mature, professional approach • Strong administration skills (basic computer use, record keeping, accuracy) • Confident communicator with supervisory experience or leadership ability • Reliable, responsible, and able to multitask in a busy environment • Comfortable working with a diverse range of customers • Flexible availability (weekends essential) • Retail or service station experience is an advantage
