A Newlands busy takeaway, specialising in Korean fried chicken, Nashville chicken and South Indian breakfast dishes. Are growing and looking for a reliable and responsible Front of House/kitchen- hand to oversee daily operations and support the team.
Key Responsibilities: • Burgers and wraps and help cook in prep work • Supervise daily takeaway operations • Lead and support front-of-house and kitchen staff • Maintain high food safety and hygiene standards • Oversee customer service and order flow • Handle customer queries and resolve issues • Assist with stock checks and ordering • Responsible for opening/closing procedures • Cash handling and daily reporting Support training of new staff Benefits: • Full-time guaranteed hours • Leadership experience in a growing business • A supportive and friendly team

Job Requirements
• Cooking experience is required along with prep work experience • 2+ year hospitality supervision or team-leader experience • Strong communication and leadership skills • Ability to work fast during busy periods • Good understanding of food safety • Able to work evenings and weekends • LCQ certificate not required (no alcohol on premises) • Able to pass a pre-employment MOJ check and drug test
