Customer Sales Representative (Tauranga)

We’re on the hunt for an energetic Customer Sales Representative to join our friendly team and support builders, tradies, and DIY legends with the materials they need to get the job done right.

What You’ll Be Doing • Welcoming customers with genuine enthusiasm and helping them find the right products • Providing advice on building materials, tools, and supplies (full training provided!) • Processing sales, quotes, orders, and handling customer enquiries • Loading and unloading deliveries; assisting with customer pick-ups • Forklift driving, offloading, and moving stock as required • Answering phones, responding to enquiries, and completing outbound/cold calls • Keeping the yard and store tidy, organised, and well-presented • Working closely with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

What We’re Looking For • A full Class 1 driver licence • A current forklift licence • A positive, can-do attitude • Presentable and reliable with great customer-facing skills • Physically fit, able to lift 25kg repeatedly • Great at multitasking and staying organised under pressure • Able to pass a Ministry of Justice (MOJ) check and drug & alcohol test • Previous sales, retail, or customer service experience in building materials (preferred) Immediate start – Apply now!
