2026 - Packhouse Dayshift Workers (Mount Maunganui)

We have a range of day-shift positions available at our Mount Maunganui packhouse for the 2026 main kiwifruit harvest season.

Roles may include: • Kiwifruit packing and grading • Tray preparation • Stacking • Cleaning • Coolstore support

These positions require being on your feet and working inside the packhouse for the full duration of your shift.

What we’re looking for: • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn • Reliability, punctuality, and good physical fitness — shifts are 12 hours and require being on your feet • A strong work ethic and readiness to work hard • Your own reliable transport • A minimum of a Restricted or Full driver licence for travel to and from work • Must be willing to complete a pre-employment drug test and participate in random testing throughout the season • Must be able to pass a Ministry of Justice (MOJ) check — minor convictions may be considered (e.g., some driving-related offenses) This is a fixed-term contract for the main harvest season (March – June 2026)
