Rental sales person

A leading provider of high-quality vehicles sourced from global markets, offering competitive prices and ensuring that every vehicle undergoes a thorough inspection before export. As they continue to expand, they are looking for a motivated Rental salesperson join their team at Takanini and contribute to the ongoing success of the operations.

Key Responsibilities Managing the leasing portfolio – overseeing all active leases, ensuring compliance with agreements, and handling renewals and terminations. Oversee the acquisition, allocation, and disposal of leased vehicles. Business development – promoting leasing services, building strong relationships with customers, and expanding the fleet client base. Monitor vehicle usage, mileage, and return conditions to minimise costs and maximise efficiency. Customer service – liaising with individual and corporate clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Fleet management – maintaining accurate records of leased vehicles, tracking usage, organizing servicing, WOF/COF, registration, insurance, and repairs. Manage lease agreements for corporate and individual clients, ensuring clarity and compliance. Ensure compliance with New Zealand transport laws, Fair Trading Act, Credit Contracts and Consumer Finance Act (CCCFA), and other regulatory framework.
