The B2B Marketing Executive is responsible for developing and executing marketing and communication strategies that enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and support business objectives across B2B markets. As a B2B Marketing Executive, with experience in Radio, you will develop and deliver marketing and communication strategies that support our commercial goals, strengthen our brand, and drive engagement across trade audiences.

The role involves: Content creation and campaign execution Digital marketing across paid and organic channels Social media, email marketing, PR, and website content Event support and trade activity Sales team partnership and collateral development Performance tracking and marketing analytics Where they differ is who you support and the types of campaigns you’ll lead:

You’ll work with our Direct Sales team, helping reach NZ businesses directly. You’ll focus on marketing activity that drives local business engagement, creates compelling case studies, supports commercial initiatives, and elevates our presence within the SME market.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Execute digital marketing campaigns across paid social, SEM, programmatic display, email marketing, and retargeting. Manage segmentation, personalisation, and automation through HubSpot. Partner with product teams and external agencies to optimise search visibility and audience growth. Create compelling content for social media, newsletters, trade comms, website updates, and PR. Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics tools. Develop and maintain up-to-date marketing materials (station profiles, case studies, testimonials, campaign summaries, and sales tools). Support the planning and delivery of events, trade experiences, client hosting, and national sales initiatives. Ensure consistency and quality of all brand assets and messaging. What You’ll Bring

3+ years of experience in digital marketing, communications, or campaign management (ideally in media, entertainment, or fast-paced B2B/B2C environments). Strong understanding of digital channels, analytics, and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, GA, Meta, Tag Manager). A passion for storytelling, brand building, and creating engaging content. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. High attention to detail, strong organisation, and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines. A proactive, solution-focused mindset with a willingness to pivot quickly.

Job Requirements

3+ years of experience in digital marketing, communications, or campaign management, particularly in radio, media, entertainment, or a fast-paced B2C/B2B environment. Relevant tertiary degree or diploma - Marketing or communications degree .
