Security Guard
About this job
A Hamilton based security company is looking for Casual or part time security guards. Previous experience is not required but would be beneficial; training will be provided to appropriate candidates. Your daily tasks will include; - controlling access and assess the potential risk of any client or visitor to the site - Move around the site monitoring the behaviour in a discreet, professional, and friendly manner -Respond as appropriate to any duress alarm or emergency that may occur on site -Follow the security company radio and electronic security procedures - Report all security and safety concerns, activity, and incidents - Act in a manner towards all clients and visitors that is courteous, polite, helpful and with empathy.

Job Requirements
Be eligible to obtain or already hold a certificate of approval (COA) to work in the security industry. Be active and physically fit. Must be able to travel to different sites within Hamilton and the surrounding towns where needed, restricted license and own car is a must. Must pass Drug Test and MOJ Check.
