About this job
Acknowledgement and service of all Restaurant customers over the bar or in reception, if restaurant staff not present Table service as required, particularly in the bar area, Fast & efficient beverage service, including cocktail mixology as per restaurant cocktail recipes and coffee preparation, Timely dispense of all beverages per restaurant orders , Use of credit card tab system and Tevalis till system as per Restaurant Procedures Ordering & receiving stock, including checking off packing slip/invoice Stock away and bar restocked as per Restaurant Bar Procedures Bar set-up and pack down as per Restaurant Bar Procedures Bar clean and close as per Restaurant Bar Procedures Ensure all bar areas are always operated in a clean and tidy manner Ad hoc bar & restaurant maintenance duties as required Completion of Bar opening and closing checklists
Job Requirements
2-4 years working as a Bartender in a restaurant setting
- Days of work
- Rostered shifts between Monday to Sunday from 9am to 3am Usually no more than 8-10 hour shifts. No more than 5 days per week (30 hours per week)

- Between $24.00 -$29.00 per hour
