Prepare and cook menu items.
Operate kitchen equipment including grills, fryers, and ovens.
Ensure all food is prepared according to company recipes and safety guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, food preparation areas, and equipment.
Follow all food safety standards, including proper storage, temperature checks, and hygiene practices.
Restock ingredients and supplies throughout the shift.
Work efficiently to meet fast-paced service demands.
Communicate and cooperate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Job Requirements
Minimum 4+ years’ experience in a commercial kitchen or fast-food environment.
Ability to prepare and cook food according to set recipes and standards.
Confident using kitchen equipment including grills, fryers, ovens, and basic preparation tools.
Good understanding of food safety, hygiene practices, and safe food handling.
Ability to monitor food temperatures, storage requirements, and cleanliness.
Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a small team.
