Riccarton: We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in the New Year!
Key Responsibilities • Manage staff performance and provide general coordination across daily operations • Process invoices, accounts payable, and accounts receivable • Update and reconcile accounts using Xero • Process payroll and maintain accurate financial records • Prepare GST and Income Tax Returns
Job Requirements
• Has previous experience in office management or administrative coordination • Proficiency and experienced with Xero accounting software. • Experienced in payroll, accounts processing, and general bookkeeping • Is confident using office software (Microsoft Office, email systems, etc.) • Is organised, detail-focused, and able to prioritise tasks • Has strong communication and problem-solving skills • Is reliable, proactive, and comfortable working independently • Able to pass pre-employment drug test and MoJ checks. • Provide 2 work-related references.

- Monday to Friday around 9:00am to 2:30pm (20 hours per week)
