Local business seeking an Administration Manager, the duties of the role include, managing high level emails, inbox, inbound and outbound calls, calendars and coordinating meetings maintaining a professional standard of confidentiality and discretion. Organising filing and managing share drive system with accuracy. Reporting and Data handling to summarise and present information clearly. Job Requirements
The successful applicant will be an individual with a Full NZ Drivers license and have a clean MOJ record that is also a highly skilled, multi-functional EA/Operations/Finance administrator with strong technical, organisational, and communication skills. Ideal Skillset: • Advanced administration • Strong financial administration • Inbox/calendar management • Data reporting • Minute taking • Tech savvy • System proficiency (Employment Hero, Hubdoc/Xero, SiteDocs, Hubspot) • Customer service & online store admin • High accuracy & accountability
