About this job
Are you a Class 5 Driver with spreading and transporting heavy machinery experience?
- Safely operate Class 5 vehicles. - Execute spreading operations efficiently and accurately. - Transport heavy machinery adhering to all safety and regulatory requirements. - Load and unload machinery with precision and care. - Conduct pre-start vehicle checks and ensure vehicles are maintained in excellent condition. - Keep the vehicle in a clean and tidy condition at all times. - Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and on time. - Communicate effectively with team members and clients. - Follow instructions from supervisors and comply with company policies and safety procedures. - Perform site hazard assessments and implement control measures as required.
Job Requirements
- Updated relevant CV and Cover letter on referral. - Valid Class 5 driver's licence with proven experience in spreading and transporting heavy machinery. - Wheels, Tracks, and Rollers (WTR) endorsement. - BESS qualification preferred. - Strong understanding of traffic and safety regulations. - Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team. - High attention to detail and commitment to safety. - Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to turning up every day ready to work.
