We are looking for an experienced Yardperson. Ideally you will bring to the team:
Minimum of three years as a Yard Person (Timber / Yard / Transport / Logistics) Proficient & safe operating overhead gantry cranes Proficient and licensed Forklift Operator. Strong decision-making, problem-solving and numeracy skills Excellent attention to detail Good physical fitness and a health & safety mindset
Job Requirements
You will have:
Minimum of three years’ experience in yard work Minimum of three years' forklift experience Good communication skills Strong accuracy and attention to detail Initiative and problem solving abilities Ability to pass pre employment drug test and MOJ Reliable transport
Job Description:
Unloading and loading of vehicles Accurate receipting of goods inwards Moving steel using a Gantry crane Ensuring yard area is kept tidy Other labouring duties

- Working hours from 7am-4.30pm Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
