Traffic Controllers
About this job
Traffic management is required at a variety of projects and events whether that be roadworks, resurfacing or installation of maintenance works or footpath installations, to assisting at sporting events, community fairs, concerts and emergencies.
About the role:
• Setup, monitor & remove traffic control sites • Direct traffic, pedestrians & cyclists during works • Perform hazard checks and implement TMPs • Communicate clearly with crew & public • Operate STOP/GO paddles and two-way radios • Load/unload gear as needed • Participate in varied shifts including early starts, nights & weekends

Job Requirements
• Experience not required as training is provided • Must have STMS ticket • Physically fit & ready for outdoor work • Must have your own reliable transport • Strong communication and "can-do" attitude • Flexible and able to work early mornings, nights and weekends • Eligible for NZ work & able to pass drug/alcohol screening • Full class 1 drivers licence • Convictions are considered on a case by case basis (No convictions within the last 5 years)
