L & G Kingsland Limited T/A Night & Day Gull Kingsland is looking for a full-time supervisor to deal with its busy retail store. This is based in Auckland. You will be working in a positive mindset team and a friendly environment. It is a 24-hour store. As a Retail Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in our business. You will be responsible for: Deal with customer queries and respond to their questions. Prepare the planning of work and provide duties to the other staff. Need to make sure the customer receives the best service Interview, hire, and train the staff. Explain the customer handling procedures to the staff. Motivate them to increase sales Take an appropriate action on returned goods and refunds Keep the record of stock and order new stock accordingly. Make sure the price and products are in the right place Make sure you comply with health safety legislation Make sure you comply with food and safety legislation.
Job Requirements
Retail trade skills Great team member Organisational skills Demonstrated skills in similar outlet.
