We are seeking a full time Sales Auditing Manager based in Tauranga to help out with our cleaning business! Key Responsibilities: As the Sales/Audit Manager, you will serve as a vital link between Sales, Operations and Customer Service, ensuring alignment between client expectations and service delivery. Previous experience in Sales and Business Development is a MUST. You will • Drive business growth while maintaining high standards of service quality and compliance. • Identify and engage new business opportunities across commercial, residential and industrial sectors. • Prepare and deliver tailored cleaning service proposals and quotations. • Promote and upsell additional services, including deep cleaning and specialty maintenance solutions. • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, pricing benchmarks and new opportunities. • Ensure Quality Assurance and Audit conduct regular quality assurance inspections using Safety Culture (iAuditor) software to verify adherence to cleaning standards and safety protocols. • Ensure operations comply with client contracts, internal standards and industry regulations. • Develop and implement corrective action plans where performance is below standard. Identify operational and training improvements to boost overall efficiency and service quality. • Design and manage audit templates for consistent and effective inspections. • Have excellent communication skills both oral and written and computer literate. • Conduct regular review meetings with clients to assess service performance, gather feedback and proactively resolve issues. With excellent Client Relationship Management, you will lead the setup and onboarding of new contracts, including initial walkthroughs to define service scope. Foster and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, retention and responsiveness to concerns. Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will bring excellent computer skills, a professional approach to work, sales experience and able to follow instructions and have excellent communication skills. It will be an advantage if you have knowledge of and have worked in the cleaning industry. Candidates must be drug free and have no previous criminal convictions. Reliable transport is a must and available for flexible working hours which may include weekends/nights or working from home. Some training can be provided
