We are a Business Development Company with a long history of delivering quality training programmes to leading Nelson businesses. As a computer skills trainer you will deliver Computer Skills training to businesses primarily in Nelson and Tasman. You will be highly experienced in delivering training to meet client training goals, have own content or be prepared to create this, and be professional and well-organised. You will provide training in group, in-house, or one-on-one formats. Adapt delivery to meet client training goals as needed. The workload significantly varies week to week — from no sessions to full-day courses and individual coaching. You will maintain a reliable, professional, well-organised approach to all client interactions. Troubleshoot calmly during delivery (e.g., tech issues, participant challenges, or course adjustments). Communicate clearly, concisely, and in a timely manner.

Job Requirements

Proven experience delivering training courses in Microsoft desktop and cloud-based applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Power BI, Co-Pilot) - Knowledge of (and experience teaching) AI and AI tools for business - Strong knowledge of the current Windows environment - Experience in adult education - Ability to work respectfully and professionally with people from diverse backgrounds - Strong problem-solving skills during course delivery - Ability to deliver agreed services within agreed timeframes - Current NZ driver licence - Clear communication skills. - Work with integrity
