Class 5 Goods Delivery Truck Driver
About this job
Job Duties; Plan the delivery goods correctly so that they are delivered on time. Drive on different routes to deliver goods. Supervise load and unload of products from the trucks. Transport all fragile and heavy items carefully. Maintain and update the record of all deliveries. Inspect trucks on a daily basis for cleanliness and good working conditions. Ensure to follow the traffic and driving rules. Collect delivery confirmation from the customers. Monitor and refuel oil in the truck as and when needed. Report if there are any defects in the truck or if it requires maintenance. Be health & safety conscious Be a team player be willing to learn
Job Requirements
Class 5 New Zealand licence or equivalent overseas licence Minimum 3-6 months of relevant experience (Driving, Tyre Technician, Truck yard workers etc.) Have clean criminal record. Able to do some heavy lifting from time to time Able to communicate effectively and complete paperwork accurately

- Sunday to Friday nightshift/ late afternoon starts 14 hours max each night as per logbook requirement. (40 hours per week)
