Seasonal Work for Truck, Machine Operators, Supervisors

We are a progressive family-run horticultural business based in Motueka, growing over 160 Ha of premium apples and gold kiwifruit for export. Our operation includes orchard, post-harvest, and coolstore facilities.

We’re looking for reliable people to join our team for the season. - Tractor Driver / Machinery Operator for general maintenance (mulching, mowing). - Horticultural spray operator - Team Supervisors/ Quality Controllers - Class 5 truck driver - Forklift operators

These roles may be part-time or full-time. While the current roles are fixed-term, successful team members may be considered for ongoing work as vacancies arise.

You could be part of a professional orchard team operating and maintaining a range of modern machinery across our apple and kiwifruit blocks, or a key member in our team of seasonal workers producing export quality fruit for the world.

Do you have experience in these areas?:

- Operating tractors and implements for mowing, mulching, spraying, and harvest support - Mixing and applying agrichemicals safely and accurately (for spray operator roles) - Storing palletised product in coolstore racking, or loading and unloading trucks at the busy packhouse yard (for forklift roles) - Supervising staff in horticulture or similar industry - Assisting with general orchard tasks as required - We can offer flexible work options, and a supportive and dynamic work environment in one of New Zealand’s most progressive orchard operations.

The skills and experience required will vary depending upon the role but will include:

- Proven experience in machinery operations - Excellent time management and communication skills - Strong safety knowledge
