We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Customer Service Team Member with fast food or hospitality experience to join our busy team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, delivering excellent service, and being part of a supportive crew, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Provide friendly and efficient customer service at the counter
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
Prepare and package food to a high standard
Maintain cleanliness in service, dining, and food preparation areas
Follow food safety and workplace health guidelines
Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations
About You:
Previous experience in fast food or hospitality (essential)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Reliable, punctual, and able to work rostered shifts (including evenings or weekends)
