Skilled Labourer - Concrete

Skilled labourers required to assist skilled tradespeople. Operating power tools, performing task like drilling and flooring, and performing general labour duties such as site clean up, material handling, and construction support. Key responsibilities involve following safety procedures, maintaining a clean worksite, and potentially reading blue prints and performing minor repairs in areas like painting, carpentry and plumbing. Key Responsibilities: Assist tradespeople - Carpenters, form workers, concreters with their task on a construction site Perform Skilled task: Use skills to perform duties like but not limited to drilling, boxing and formwork installation, lay and finish concrete and other specialized construction related work. Operate machinery and tolls safety but limited to a variety of hand and power and cordless tools and potentially other machinery. Handle materials: Load and unload and move equipment and materials around the work site. Site maintenance: Keep the worksite clean, tidy, and safe, including performing demolition and site clean up. Perform Construction Support: Assist with task like but not limited to set up, digging trenches and erecting scaffolding. Repair and Remedial: Perform but not limited to repairs in areas like concrete, carpentry, and other remedial works as required.

Required Skills and qualifications - Proficiency with hand power and cordless tools Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions Strong work ethic and attention to detail Good physical fitness and the ability to work long hours Understanding pf safety procedures and regulations Good Communication and team work skills Valid drivers license Valid site safe card Have a Construct Safe Card is an advantage Must pass a drug test and alcohol Have your own tools Have transport to get to work everyday Be fit and healthy with no medical issues.
