Machine Operator

Nationwide market leader in pallet production. This business is on the lookout for a Machine Operator. A physically demanding role, if you like hard word, have experience in working with timber, machinery and measurements this might be the career opportunity for you. Main elements of the role include but are not limited too: cutting to length planing and timber sizing band sawing quality checking stacking If you like the idea of and have experience in using nailguns, hammers and machinery the role has it all. This role also involves manual stacking so its hard but rewarding work. Reliability, safety orientated and the ability to follow instructions as needed are a given

Previous experience working with timber or nail guns an advantage Able to read a tape measure Very physically able Can work in all conditions Must pass a pre-employment drug test Mechanically minded Convictions by exception and will be discussed during screening Own transport preferred - minimum restricted.
