About this job
Setting and arranging tables to service standards; greeting customers and presenting menus; taking food and beverage orders and relaying them to kitchen and bar staff; serving meals and beverages promptly; opening bottles, pouring drinks and refilling glasses; clearing tables and returning used items to kitchen or bar; maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of dining and service areas; removing empty bottles and replenishing stock; operating POS systems and handling payments; providing menu or beverage recommendations; assisting with restocking, cleaning and preparation tasks before and after service; reporting complaints, incidents or hazards; and performing any other duties required to ensure high service delivery and a safe work environment.
Job Requirements
Resilience/Adaptable/ versatile- Able to work hours according to Business Requirements (minimum 30 hours weekly) Able to pass a Police Check & MOJ Check Able to pass pre-employment drug test
- Days of work
- Monday to Sunday, rostered shifts between 7:00am and 11:00pm, according to business requirements. (30 hours per week)
