We’re looking for motivated people to join a busy vineyard team for the upcoming harvest season. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the wine industry and be part of an energetic, fast-paced environment.
About the Role: As a Vintage Harvest Assistant, you’ll help with harvest preparation and harvest intake across Marlborough vineyards. This role involves a mix of outdoor work, driving around vineyards, collecting information, and completing some admin tasks.
Your day may include: • Collecting maturity samples from multiple vineyard blocks • Assisting with yield checks, P&D assessments, and recording grapevine data • Gathering, preparing, and delivering maturity samples for testing • Collating information from viticulture teams to support harvest planning • Entering truck and trailer weights from the weigh scale • Checking paperwork is completed correctly • General admin and support tasks as needed

Job Requirements
You'll have high attention to detail and be a great team player. You'll be able to work for the entirety of vintage and have a flexible attitude.
You'll also have the following skills and experience: • Excellent technical skills - experience in Microsoft Office Suite • Strong attention to detail • Ability to follow procedures • Full NZ Drivers License • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work well within a team environment • Ability to prioritise tasks and work well under pressure
