Hospitality/Retail Staff

This well known employer is looking for experienced Hospitality and Retail stars to deliver high value sales experience to their customers. They have several retail outlets and Restaurants mainly in West Auckland so living close by is an advantage as less travel time!!!

You will be delivering an experience that involves the service of food and alcoholic beverages. You will need to bring your previous retail/hospitality experience and skills to build the brand and profitability.

The main responsibilities include: Actively contribute as a team member to the productivity of the store Handle customer complaints Provide all alcoholic beverage service within the parameters of the current Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act Monitor and take appropriate action in relation to patron intoxication and underage drinkers Operate the point of sale system Assist with re stocking shelves, keeping stock tidy and reporting damage stock

They are looking to fill multiple positions.

Candidates will need to be friendly and able to confidently interact with people and have a passion for delivering a high level of customer service and take pride in their appearance as these are frontline customer service roles. Being able to have a good sense of humour and work well under pressure is a must!!
