Bar Manager
About this job
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant’s bar.
Develop and curate cocktail menus and beverage lists
Train, mentor, and supervise all bar staff to ensure consistently high performance, with support from the office team.
Maintain a clean, hygienic, and well-organised working environment within all bar areas.
Manage stock ordering, inventory control, and maintain adequate stock levels.
Oversee the bar budget and ensure all bar operations remain within financial targets.
Ensure staff deliver consistently high levels of customer service.
Manage staff shifts and weekly rosters, and maintain service standards in the Restaurant Manager’s absence.
Ensure adherence to all Warring Group Limited company policies.
Maintain effective daily communication regarding operational matters with the General Manager and office team.
Foster a positive team environment that encourages staff retention and professional growth.
Job Requirements
experience working in a bar, preferably in a supervisor or manager role.
Strong knowledge of cocktails and beverage service.
Ability to lead, train, and support bar staff.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Able to manage stock, ordering, and basic budgeting.
Strong customer service skills.
Well-organised and able to handle busy periods.
- Days of work
- Between the hours of 8am and 4am, Monday to Sunday (40 hours per week)
