You will be working alongside them to build a safe, positive, and inclusive environment where they can truly thrive.
The young person enjoys spending time outdoors - gardening, fishing, biking - as well as building and DIY projects, cooking, and caring for animals.

Job Requirements
Our West Coast team is looking for someone with: • A love for the outdoors and someone physically fit • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • A positive and proactive attitude with a calm approach in challenging situations • A genuine passion for helping others grow and succeed • A full drivers licence and basic computer skills • A relevant qualification (e.g. Level 4 Mental Health) - or willingness to work toward one once you are on board • The right to work in New Zealand
- Days of work
- Monday - Sunday. A range of shifts including nights, days, weekends. (32 hours per week)
