Meat Processing Workers

A Bennydale based employer is looking for slaughter floor and boning floor workers. The employer requires staff who are reliable, enthusiastic, and hardworking to join their team with an immediate start.

Previous experience is not necessary, as full training will be provided. You must be physically fit enough to satisfy the demands of the role and be able to pass a pre-employment drug test.

Slaughter Floor Operators: You will be required to process carcasses of slaughtered livestock in preparation for further processing. The tasks required for this role will vary, which the employer will be able to guide you through the best suited role for your skill set and physical abilities.

Boning Floor Operators: In this role you will be required to trim and cut meat from bones, sides, carcasses and packs. Cutting meat to separate meat, fat and tissue from around the bones Cutting sides and quarters of meat into standard meat cuts, such as rumps, flanks and shoulders. Cutting specialised cuts and deboning Chine machine and De Loin Operator Wrapping and packing.
