Customer Service/Drycleaner
About this job
We are looking for a Customer Service Drycleaner to provide exceptional service to our clients while ensuring garments are handled with care and processed efficiently. The role involves greeting and assisting customers, receiving and tagging items, inspecting garments for stains or damage, advising on cleaning options, operating dry-cleaning and pressing equipment, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Successful applicants will have strong communication and customer service skills, attention to detail, basic computer literacy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Reliability, punctuality, and a friendly, professional attitude are essential, and prior experience in retail or dry-cleaning is an advantage but not required as training will be provided.
Job Requirements
Previous customer service and cash handling experience preferred but not necessary. Individual with knowledge of fabrics and garment cleaning process preferred. Skills needed include good listening, memory, eye for detail and sewing.
