Cargo Warehouse Agent

Join one of the world’s largest global ground handling companies, providing essential, time-critical logistics services at Auckland Airport. We are looking for a full time Cargo Warehouse Agent to help keep airport operations running safely, smoothly, and efficiently.

About the Role As a Cargo Warehouse Agent, you’ll play a key role in keeping cargo moving safely and efficiently. Whether loading or unloading aircraft, operating equipment, or ensuring accurate documentation, you’ll help deliver on-time and high-quality service for our airline partners and their customers.

You’ll be responsible for: • Loading and unloading aircraft safely and efficiently • Operating ground service equipment such as cargo loaders, belt loaders, lift trucks, ramp tractors, and tugs • Conducting aircraft, equipment, and hazard inspections, reporting any faults or incidents • Completing required documentation accurately and promptly • Following all safety, security, and airline-specific procedures

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

At least 1 year of warehouse or cargo handling experience Flexibility to work a rotating shift roster (7 days a week, 24-hour operation — 4 days on, 2 days off) A full New Zealand driver’s licence Good physical fitness, as the role involves manual handling and heavy lifting The legal right to work in New Zealand (NZ Citizen or Resident) The ability to think quickly and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment A current forklift licence (preferred)

Additional requirements:

Successful applicants will be required to complete a NZ Police Check, Airport Security Check, and medical assessment. A full uniform, comprehensive training, and free on-site parking will be provided.
