Front of House Superstar (potential duty manager)

This Indian restaurant is looking for an experienced front of house superstar to help in this new Parnell establishment. Great opportunity to work with a new restaurant in an area well-known for its food and drink.
Ideal candidate will have either DM Cert or Liquor Licence (if Liquor training to MC can be supported).
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Assist Restaurant operations, including food preparations, customer booking records and takeaway arrangements - Managing cash, transactions and stock - Assisting with promotional work - Arranging, managing and organising special functions and events. - Ensuring high standards of customer services and handling customer complaints on absence of manager/owner - Play a leadership and directing role for team - Ensuring to comply with health and safety regulations and personal hygiene - Ensure compliance with ALCOHOL ACT and other safety regulation
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in similar role - Either Duty Manager Cert OR Liquor Licence - Excellent presentation and customer service skills - Professional and seeking a real opportunity in a new establishment
