About this job
We’re looking for reliable and hardworking people to join our team for the sweet corn harvest in Matawhero. The job involves hand-harvesting and cutting corn, loading harvested corn into bins, and walking up and down crop rows throughout the day. You’ll be using cutting tools (PPE provided) and working outdoors in all weather conditions. if you are interested please apply now
Job Requirements
Minimum 1 year of outdoor vegetable harvesting experience (e.g., sweet corn or similar ground crops) Physically fit – able to bend, lift, and walk for long periods Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions Restricted or full driver’s licence with reliable transport No injuries that limit physical work Must pass drug & alcohol screening Clean criminal record Good English communication skills to follow instructions and Health & Safety procedures Reliable and punctual

- Monday–Sunday, approx. 7:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. (On-call and rostered) (40 hours per week)
