We’re hiring multiple Driver/Operator roles to join a high-performing chip sealing crew based in Darfield or McLeans Island, Christchurch. This is a hands-on opportunity to work with one of Australasia’s largest infrastructure providers, delivering essential road maintenance and upgrade projects across the region.
Available Roles: Class 1-5 Drivers / WTR

Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For: • Must hold a full drivers license (Class dependant on role) • Must pass a pre employment drug test & Ministry of Justice check • Ideally WTR endorsement, or be able to get this • Willingness to assist with labouring tasks when required • Strong work ethic and a team-first attitude • Commitment to safety and quality • Eagerness to learn and grow within the role
