Spray Operator/Orchard Hand

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Spray Operator/Orchard Hand to join our team ASAP!! you will be working across our premium orchards. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, values safety, and thrives in a dynamic outdoor environment.

Key Responsibilities: Operate and maintain a range of orchard machinery, including tower sprayers, weed sprayers, and other equipment. Perform seasonal orchard tasks such as pruning, thinning, and harvest support. Assist with irrigation monitoring, pest and disease control, and general orchard maintenance. Accurately complete spray records and ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.

Tractor and spray crops experience required. Previous experience in horticulture, viticulture, or agriculture is preferred. Hold Grow safe certificate or willingness to obtain. Physically fit and capable of handling manual tasks in various weather conditions. Flexible availability, including weekends during peak seasons. Own reliable transport and a Full Class 1 driver’s licence are essential. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to health and safety standards. Able to work independently and contribute effectively as part of a team. References check required. Random drug testing required
